I know this question has been asked and answered before but I can’t quite get it to work.
My configuration:
MODx: 0.9.5
Ditto: 2.0.1
Here is my situation:
1) I want to sort a list of events by an Event Date.
2) I have created a TV called tvEventDate. Input Type: Date, Widget: Unixtime.
3) The list sorts nicely but obviously the tvEventDate will show as Unixtime
4) I have modified the ditto call to this: [!Ditto? &startID=`7` &summarize=`50` &sortBy=`tvEventDate` &dateSource=`tvEventDate` &dateFormat=`%m-%d-%Y` &tpl=`tplTitleList`!]
Is that the wrong way to format the date in Ditto? Am I missing something?

Hmmm... Got it to work. It was a typo.... Sorry for posting for no apparent reason but at least it helped me spot the problem
