    I did try the solution you linked to, but it gave me errors on the page. I wan't convinced that having the page cached was worth the extra time troubleshooting it and took what I thought would be the path of least resistance.

    I went in to my blog resource and unchecked "Cacheable" The paginate links now work correctly.

    Is there a technique you can link me to that creates a friendly url?
    mysite.com/blog?blog_start=10

      You mean friendly URL for the pagination? I don't know if that's possible.

        Oh well, it would have been a nice bonus to find a way to implement them.
