hi im using the Ditto snippet and calling it in the content area of the parent id. i don’t want it available for quick edit in the parent as it is quite easy to alter it. i do want the quick edit available in the child docs though so the actual news entries can be edited easily. now my question...is there a way to stop the call to Ditto from being edited by someone trying to edit the parent document?
as a workaround i used another template for the main news page only (a direct copy with the call in the template). this has sorted my issue with the PrevJumpNext snippet working in the parent too so im happy.
if there is a better way to do it please let me know.
