i am using ditto to list summary’s for all of my blog entires with the pub date shown next to each entry but how do i put the pub date on the entry itself?

use the [*pub_date*] tag.
sorry the question was really how to add the pub_date to any document.
[*pub_date*] & [+pub_date+] both do not work.

If you have pub_date on every page you could use the DateFormat snippet to format the pubdate for display.
