Has anybody got a step by step tutorial aimed at a newbie on how to set up a blog with modx.
the tutorial in the documentation is out of date and hard to work out if you are completely new to it as it uses old snippets etc....
I would really appreciate it if you do

Cheers for that link.. i have just gone thru that entire tutorial.. still having some problems getting the blog up and running.. I have done everything he says in the tutorial but i am getting this error on my home page
&tpl is blank or you have a typo in the chunk name, please check it.

Also is this the entire tutorial for setting up the blog.. Where do i actually enter my news?
That error tells that you have your template empty, if you followed the tutorial exactly, you must have created a chunk named dittoTpl, check to see if its NOT empty, the snippet parameters are case-sensitive, and there are "backticks" ` , not "single quotes" around template parameters.

That would be cool if you could do that. I am getting through this one slowly at the moment. Kind of near the end and i have realised that i haven’t turned on friendly urls. I have basically finished my site but when i turn this on it screws everything up.
