value of a TV in another document

I have some articles by different authors (a folder for each author).
Each folder has a TV defined for holding author’s name. I cannot get this value to display along with the articles list on another document.
I am using Ditto for listing these articles.
Any help is appreciated.

Ability to call all parts of the document object in a template via [+documentobject+] and all tv’s via [+tvnameoftv+] (note “tv” prefix)

Lets assume you have a TV named articleAuthor, then call it in Ditto template like: [+tvarticleAuthor+]
