Here translation of the file english.inc.php in French. I am not the author but I tested it successfully.
To place this file in the file: /assets/snippets/ditto/lang
It is important to pass like parameter: &language=`french`

Perhaps we can start a collecting thread for translations with this one here. Attached is a german language file.
Hint, the next release uses a new language file format that is MUCH cleaner but is not backwards compatible.
