Hi i think this is perfect for what i am trying to do but i just need to ask a few more questions. I am trying to create categories: world, city, bar #1, bar#2, art &books. So on the main news page it will by default display news: world..
world - is show world docs and all other news docs.
city - needs to show docs for city, bar#1, bar#2 and art&books(if local to city)
bar#1 - show bar#1
bar#2 - show bar#2
art&books - show art&books
i also would like these categories names to be displayed in a drop down menu in the sidebar. Also does anyone know if it is possible to add tick boxes to the blog form so that when you create a blog through the webpage interface you can select which categories the blog will be listed?
also what would the best structure for my blog pages be, if one blog entry resides under multiple categories? e.g. a blog could be a news piece saying that there is an exibition in bar1. so it would need to be in the following categories: world, city, bar#1, art&books.
I think i am slightly lost, has anyone tried to set up something similar? thanks lach.
