ditto: where does the comment formatting come from?

    as you can see at http://tinygrass.com/home.html, the comment displayed doesn’t quite match the rest of my site. where is the formatting coming from? is this in the code

    and have not been able to find the source to edit it. since it looks similar to the actual UserComments, is that some sort of default formatting?
