Automating Thumbnail posts

Hi Folks

I really want to automate my thumbnails posts on my website using Modx 1.0.2. See the blog section on my homepage www.adaptwebdesign.com.

I am gettign good at Modx but cannot work out the thumbnails. I understand that both phpthumb and Phx are needed in some way but cannot get it to work and appears to be too complicated for my current Modx skill level.

Does anyone have a step by step tutorial?

I have used the instructions for install for both phpthukb and phx but they appear to be missing some vital elements. Please help as I understand wordpress has simple plugin for this and I do not want to learn wordpress I want to stay with Modx
