You can use a TV to add and upload the image to your resource content, then place the TV placeholder in your Ditto template and style it accordingly. That’s one way to do it, I’m sure there are others smiley

Not sure what you mean. Can you explain what you’ve done, including your Ditto call and Ditto tpl chunk? It will be easier to troubleshoot that way.

No, you do need to do a couple of things though...

You need a Ditto call to get Ditto working. In that call you need add a &tpl=`dittoTemplateName`parameter which will point to the ditto template.

You then need to configure the Ditto template mentioned above. In that template you can add a include image TV. You can also style this image, usually a small thumbnail, with CSS.

Once all this is done you will have a TV when you create new pages/documents that allows you to upload the thumbnail image to your document. Then on your Ditto landing page the thumbnail will be displayed on all your Ditto items. The actual document page itself can include a full size image if desired but you can use the RTE of your choice to handle that.

All of this is in the documentation and the Ditto Wiki.

My advice is to get Ditto aggregation working with your documents first before you start to add small images to your Ditto system. The presentation benefits from adding thumbnail images to Ditto posts on the Ditto landing page are great.
