Limit a User to Edit only a Specific Page

Hi,
I want to aloow one of my users to be only able to Edit 1 page...Only using the quick editor and not ever seeing the back end if possible...
Would be great to have a list of pages with tickboxes on the roles permissions, then you can just select which pages this role is allowed to see..

Any help would be much appreciated!

if you setup your new manager user you can specify the ID of the document he will be redirected to after logging in -> "Security" -> "Manager Users" -> "User" -> "Manager Login Startup"
