I am looking for a way to update ’subscribers’ (web users ??) when a new blog post is created. I’ve seen the Newsletter Resource, but wasn’t sure if that would work with a basic blog setup.
I’ve searched for ’blog email notification’ but haven’t gotten anything that looks like it would work.
Just looking for an easy way for people to get notifications of new content on a site, instead of having to check the site manually.
Thanks.
perusing forums is where my comp sci degree got me.

That’s what RSS feeds are all about! so just create a page with a Ditto call format=’rss’ on the folder where posts are to appear.
It is true that RSS are still geeky hence use a RSS feed to Email Newsletter tool such as the one included in Feedburner.com or check www.nouri.sh
ciao
I am looking for something similar. Except my application is for a closed website so RSS would be out of the question since its private environment. Any one have any suggestions?
