Wayfinder / MODx Revo 2.1.3: Count children

Hey there

I use Wayfinder to display a list of categories of a blog. Now I want to include a count of the posts in each category next to the Category title. I found an older post (probably speaking about Evo): http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php?topic=23478.0 where a &showSubDocCount=`1` parameter is mentioned. Is there anything as easy for Revolution, because this parameter is not mentioned in the manual, so I guess it is not implemented for Revo.

I tried it and it did not seem to work, but apparently it was some kind of caching issue
