Having solved my problem with [tt]&categoryFoldersTpl[/tt]

I’m now able to tell you how you display a certain page in the menu not as a link.
(1) Open that page to edit it, go to the input field [tt]Link Attributes[/tt] and add the attribute [tt]rel="category"[/tt].
(2) Write a chunk named [tt]catHeadings[/tt] similar to the normal [tt]&rowTpl[/tt] , but without the link in it. Since the default [tt]&rowTpl[/tt] is the chunk

[+wf.wrapper+]

you could take the following code for [tt]catHeadings[/tt] :
<li [+wf.id+] [+wf.classes+] >
[+wf.linktext+]
[+wf.wrapper+]
</li>
(Write this code directly into the Chunk code field of [tt]catHeadings[/tt] - to avoid the difficulties discussed in the above mentioned thread.)
(3) Change the Wayfinder call, adding the parameter [tt]&categoryFoldersTpl[/tt] :
[[!Wayfinder?
&startId=`0`
&level=`0`
&hideSubMenus=`0`
&categoryFoldersTpl=`catHeadings`
]]
[tt]&hideSubMenus[/tt] has to be [tt]`0`[/tt] , and [tt]&level[/tt] must not be [tt]`1`[/tt] - otherwise that page would be considered as not having children.
Now your special page should not any longer be displayed as a link.
To style these non-link menu items differently, you can add an own class for the [tt]li[/tt] element in [tt]catHeadings[/tt] , f.e.
<li [+wf.id+] class="menuheading" >
or, combining it with already existent classes, like that:
<li [[+wf.id]] class="menuheading [[+wf.classnames]]">
(Using this way of styling, you don’t need the formerly mentioned individual IDs created with the help of the parameter [tt]&rowIdPrefix[/tt] ).
