Where are the DemoSites?

    Hello,

    for newbies as me a demo site would be very helpful. The quickstart (http://modx.com/learn/quickstart/) suggests to install a simple site: "In the dialog that pops up, open the tree node named "Site Packages" and click on "DemoSites".
    Unfortunately, there are no more demo sites. Does anybody know, where to find them?

      REVOLUTION: I dunno, i think it looks the same when u install the sample site.

        I checked Demo Site it is no longer under Site Packages not sure the reason maybe needs updating for 2.1 just guessing I have no knowledge

          Great - there is a Revo 2.0.8 demo site at trymodx, too. Thanks for the hint!

            Yes I was trying to go throughout the QuickStart as well and ran into exact problem.

            I downloaded & installed "Sample Site" manually from here:

            http://modx.com/extras/package/modxsamplesite

            But not sure if it’s the right one or fully compatible...
