submenu from a specific level?

Hello,

I would like to list a submenu not from a startID but from a specific level (from second level) on every pages. I would need a parameter like this: &startLevel=`2` but I know there is only &startId paramater. Could it be possible to do this with &startId?
I can exclude first level pages with &excludeDocs but children of the first level docs also hidden.
