wayfinder installation modx 2.0.8

Hi Guys,
I must be going nuts?
I want to display the menu as per http://muddydogpaws.com/development/wayfinder/examples/example-7.html

I have installed Wayfinder and believe all I have to do is place the snippet

[[Wayfinder? &startId=`0` &level=`3` &parentRowTpl=`cssplay_revParentRow` &cssTpl=`cssplay_ultdrop`]]

in either a temmplate or in the resource content.

Do I need to apply a rel linking to the css or apply chunks or anything or does the wayfinder c coding handle that?

The tpls are chunks (usually; they can also be files or defined in a general config file).

Thanks for some reason it just wouldnt work form.
