I am using the ignoreHidden parameter to include all menu items in my Wayfinder menu, but in the row template, the hidemenu variable returns nothing for all content items. Why is this?
Here’s my Wayfinder call:
[[Wayfinder? &startId=`[[*id]]` &level=`1` &outerClass=`tabs` &rowTpl=`bookSubmenuTpl2` &ignoreHidden=`FALSE` ]]
and my row template:

If I place something like <p>hidemenu = [[+hidemenu]]</p> before the li tag, I can see that all hidemenu placeholders are blank.
Is this a bug? I see from other posts that certain placeholders are simply not supported in Wayfinder. That’s too bad, and hard to understand. If you can use custom TVs in Wayfiner templates, why would we want to prevent the use of the default ones?
