I’ve got some strange results.
When use TV in a chunk called by WF (2.1.1-beta5 in Revolution 2.x), processing takes up to 3 times more than in case without TV use (~3.x seconds vs ~0.9 s of server time in my case).
Here is the call:

And I use
MenuBarColor TV in
menu-item and
menu-current chunks.
Menu-item:
<li style="border-left-color: #[[+MenuBarColor]];"><a href="[[+wf.link]]" title="[[+wf.title]]" [[+wf.attributes]]>[[+wf.linktext]]</a>[[+wf.wrapper]]</li>
menu-current:
<li class="menu-current" style="border-left: solid 10px #[[+MenuBarColor]];">[[+wf.linktext]][[+wf.wrapper]]</li>
I understand some heavy-load code used for TV extracting and processing. But when it takes 3+ seconds, I’m in panic...
