If TV exists show special link, if not, show regular link

I’m creating a site map (not xml sitemap) with Wayfinder that links to all the pages in my site.

[[Wayfinder? &startId=`0`]]

Displays and links everything fine. Problem is that I have a resource item "Communities" with some children resources. All these children resources have a TV that stores an external link.

I’m trying to figure out a way to link every resource on the site map as it currently is, but if it’s a child of "Communities" to instead link to the URL in the TV.

Is there a way to do this?

Alright well I figured out how to do it.

For those wondering, I saw a somewhat related link that brought me to PHx.

After installing PHx, I used a row template on my Wayfinder with the following code and it worked great:
