Way Finder on IE

Hi, I’ve a portal that works OK with FF (OK menu and OK page content) but with IE I show only first X item of menu (not all items) and a blank page: not other information of the portal!!

Where is it the problem?

Maybe you should try to clear the cache in IE if you didn’t already try to do this?

If that doesn’t help... could you try a different browser? Chrome, safari, opera? Or could you try IE on a different PC?

cache deleted (on client and modx manager area)

I’ve tried with IE on differents Windows version and I’ve the same problem

with FF it’s ok on MAC, PC....

But don’t you have these problems with ie+wayfinder?

I never had any specific problems with wayfinder + IE. And the problem isn’t really with wayfinder because it outputs the menu correctly while it works in the other browsers you tested in.

I don’t use the built-in dropdown templates for my sites but I believe you are trying to implement this one? http://muddydogpaws.com/development/wayfinder/examples/example-1.html

Can you check if you did follow all the instructions in that example?

I’ve do all written in your links but nothing works!!

I can show menu but not subitems!! (with FF and Chrome it’s OK)

Your problem is VERY likely IE. IE doesn’t like it when the :hover pseudo-class is added to things other than <a>.

Try using :hover on just <a> elements and see what happens.
