I’m using Modx 1.0.4 and I have friendly urls turned on. I can enter the alias urls in my browser(www.mysite.com/contact.html) and the pages load with no problem. My navigation is using the wayfinder snippet but it uses the modx urls(www.mysite.com/index.php?id=3).
How do I go about getting wayfinder to use the aliases for the urls?
Wayfinder call: [!Wayfinder? &startId=`[*parent*]` &level=`1`!]
Have you renamed the ht.access file to .htaccess ??
Yes. The alias work.
I can use them manually. It’s just that wayfinder is not using them.
OK lets try another, have you cleared the sites cache ??
Manager >> Site >> Clear Cache
Also what version of MODx are you running ??
Already stated Modx 1.0.4 and yes I have cleared the cache.
Is there suppose to be something in the wayfinder call that tells it to use the aliases?
