Alternating rows in Wayfinder Revolution

Is there a solution for alternating rows (odd/even) in Wayfinder for MODx Revolution? I know, that it is implemented in 2.5 beta for Evolution.

Maybe with a wrapper snippet or something?

Would striping the output on the client (e.g. with jQuery) be an option?

Unfortunately this is not an option, as its part of the main navigation. CSS :nth-child does not work either because of effing IE.

There are a few solutions:

1. Use a javascript solution. For jquery use something like

3. Use Ditto (Does’t work with multiple levels menu)

Thank you for your suggestions. But 1. and 2. are not an option because of accessibility reasons. I do not want to use Ditto because it is no longer being developed for Revolution. If I was able (had the time) to write my own snippet I would not have started this thread

In some instances, you can replace Wayfinder with getResources. Get resources is lighter than Ditto and makes it easy to work with alternating rows.

As paulmerchant specified you can use getResources.

Can you file that as a feature request here?
