Wayfinder & javascript

I’m trying to build a "load-into-iframe" type menu for a side-sub navigation menu. I put my link code in the innerTpl chunk. However, its just rendering the normal link. Is it possible to do this?

InnerTpl Chunk:

What does a "view source" of the rendered page look like? The tpl can be anything at all that you want; if your tpl is not rendering at all then what does your Wayfinder snippet call look like? If it’s rendering but not working, then the problem will lie in the javascript involved.
