That account could not be located ?

Hi all,

After the move to a new server the following occurs. when i try to login a notice follows:"That account could not be located. Check the username and re-type the password to try again."
figuring i forgot the password or the encryption of the password in the dbase on this server is different i hit, ’Forgot password?’
But even with the login the system sends me i still get: " That account could not be located....."??
since the site is allready build doing a fresh install is not an option

I’ve allready updated to REVO 2.1.2 on a Apache server running PHP 5.3, MySql 4,
does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi,

After the update we left the login window open. and that was our mistake.
Only using the newly sent password is not enough. we also had to hit the link in the mail to open up a new login window./
and now we are in.
