UPDATE: Rossco on freenode has informed me this is a known bug.
I’ve been trying to login to modx.com for a few days. No joy.
Fairly certain of Login details but I get told "username or password incorrect".
So, tried both my username and my email address to reset the password.
No obvious failure, form simply changes to "Not a MODx User?...". Hinting that my username/email is incorrect or not registered.
So tried to Register again.
Form updates with this message.
"Username already taken. Please choose another." - this in a very low contrast grey font that is almost invisible.
Tried Upper and lower case variants.
Possibility that someone else happens to have selected the same username but I’d guess not.
If they have they’ll have a lot of password reset emails - oops!
At the doubting sanity stage. Checked the Bug tracker for modx.com and there appears to be a similar fault logged.
