hidesubmenu only working for parent

Ok here goes:

I’ve created a menu for my portfolio category containers (like a set of filter tags). at the parent folder "PORTFOLIO" it displays the 3 child folders and there count of child resources. However when you click on one it shows the same but displays their child items to which i need to be hidden also.

Here is the call:
```
<ul class="filtermenu">
<li><a href="[~3~]" title="view all" >View All</a></li>
 [!Wayfinder? &startId=`3 ` &outerTpl=`filterNav` &rowTpl=`filterNavItem` &ignoreHidden=`TRUE` &hideSubMenus=`TRUE` &showSubDocCount=`TRUE`!]
</ul>
```
I’ve tried the Ultimateparent snippet but failed

Any suggestions please?

For now i have added the innerTpl as:
```
<li style="display:none;"></li>
```
obviously this isn’t ideal so i would like to fix this ASAP.

If i use &level=`1` then this works also however it disables the &showSubDocCount functionality and just displays "0"...
