Your head shows 2 css calls to default.css. One on line 3 and one just before the </head> tag.
And this:

will output what I said as Wayfinder outputs it own <ul>. however I personally prefer to do what you said so you will need to do the following:

[[Wayfinder? &startId=`0` &outerTpl=`menuOuter`]]
</ul>
The "menuOuter" chunk will need to be as follows:
<?php //for syntax highlighting
[+wf.wrapper+]
Personally, I don’t like that Wayfinder sets a class for the wrapper of a navigation element as it is a unique page object and not ever going to appear as the same thing.
