New Revo site very slow.

I’ve just launched a new site in Revo. It’s basic html, css and a fe images and it’s crawling. I’ve a few other sites on the same shared hosting plan and they are pretty speedy.

Are there any suggestions as to how to get the site to be more responsive.
Clicking any links on the top navigation can result in a wait of about 5-6 seconds.

Can you post more info regarding your hosting environment? Server, PHP version what host etc.

This will help in order to find out what might be causing the issue.

Set your wayfinder snippet to cache, like so: [tt][[Wayfinder]][/tt]. Wayfinder can be a resource hog.

If you have any other snippets that can benefit from being cached, set those to cache as well. Strategic caching will help speed up your site, but unfortunately in some cases it boils down to the hosting environment - the better the host, the more responsive Revolution will be (and conversely).

I am getting an error in the error log but am not
sure what it means. I’ve removed some of it as it contains
information on directories....
