Hi you guys,
I’ve encountered a problem that I avoided before, but cant work around any longer. My website has two navigations, the top navigation which is always there, and an extra side navigation which I had formally put in a seperate Chunk, where I didn’t use WayFinder as I did with the top navigation but just made an unordened list and put some references in it.
Now i’ve enabled Friendly URL’s, which causes some problems with this system as the refference is screwed up when navigating from in the container (say when in base/second/third and navigating to forth i get base/second/second/forth).
Now i tried to create a chunck with the Wayfinder snippet call like this, but that doesnt work as it only handles Raw HTML:
[!Wayfinder?startId=`20` &level=`1`!]
Nevertheless, if I place that same code directly in the template; also nothing happens and the sidemenu stays blank.
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG HERE? I dont think it can be that hard, but i’ve tried about everything I could come up with by now. Do I have to make a TV to put in that code? And what code do I need? Hope you guys can help, thanks!
