I’ve worked my way through the first tutorial and setup a main and breadcrumb navigation on my site.
Now I need additional navigation in the footer and header area. I used to do the following in typo3.
The first level in the document tree contained the root pages for menues only. The were actually virtual pages redirecting to the first child:
-mainnav
--page1
--page2
...
-footernav
--footerpage1
...
-metanav
--metapage1
--metapage2
That way I could simply add pages to the different menues and also arrange their order through the page tree.
in ModX there doesn’t seem to be something like the virtual page nor can I arrange the order.
Is there a way to solve this with modx?
