Accordion with Wayfinder

Hi all,

Thanks for this great forum!
I’m trying to use an Accordion Menu from the guide:

I want the menu to expand and follow the parent link at the same time, but I can’t manage to work it out.
The reveal type is standard "click". I also tried "clickgo", but then it collapses the previous expanded and won’t expand the second...

Does anybody have experience with that or any good tips?

Yea, I played with click and clickgo but at the end
I sticked with mouseover, 200ms. This seems to give
the most control to the user, on mouseover the headers
expand and the user can click on the header or on the
submenu items...

Can you post what your jquery script call looks like?

I simply copy pasted from the Wiki so it is the exactly same jquery call...

This is indeed a nice menu, but not accordion.

Hi, can you please give me a hand with implementing MenuMatic to wayfinder? I really like the sample demo from this site:

Some Config pack would be awesome...

I followed this guide to install Accordion in MODx-Revo:

I also added this lines, but these files are not included in my MODx-Installation:

<script src="[[++site_url]]manager/media/script/scriptaculous/scriptaculous.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

Does anybody know where I can get these files or what I have to do to solve this problem?

I just saw that there is no media-folder in my manager-folder. Did I make a mistake while the installation-process?

prototype and scriptaculous are javascript libraries just like jQuery, YUI, ExtJS, Dojo, etc.

you have to download them from their websites and place them where you want to access them,
I would use the /assets/js/scriptaculous.js and /assets/js/prototype.js and adjust the
calls. Or you can place them where your calls indicate,making the appropriate directories
on the way...
