wayfinder separate 3rd level nav / ultimate?

Im using the dropdown demo navigation like this:

No i’d like to have a seperate subsubnavigation on the left of my page.

I need to show only the 3rd level pages, or 3rd +.
So basicly it’s a navigation which doesn’t show level1 and level2.

When i use this:

it shows the next levels, not only the 3rd level buttons.
So when i click on a mainbutton the 2nd+ level will be shown too.
When i click on the 4th level it shows only the 5th+ level

See my example. I have clicked Activiteiten, and the submenu needs to show only Overzicht(, and pagina-1/3 ).

Can anyone help me with this pleeese, i might have to modify the Ultimate?

Try :

Same results, when i click on a level1 button, it shows level 2 till 5 if its there.
Need to show only level 3 (or higher) if ur into level 2. Level 1 is no submenu.

Do you have any other suggestions? I rather don’t want to use a new template. It must be possible with Wayfinder. Really could use some help on this one!

If I’m correctly understanding what you want to do, for the top menu try :

My main menu is okee. Main button with subbuttons (level 1 and level 2)
My submenu located on a different position on my page needs to preview subsubbuttons if they are there. (level 3 or higher).

When i use ur code, i click on a level 1 button I don’t want to see the level 2 button in the submenu, which it does. Only level 3 or higher needs to be in the submenu.

Looks like the ultimate toplevel startid isnt working, doesnt matter if i use 1,2 or 3, same result.

Do you have the UltimateParent snippet installed?
It comes with the demo content installation.

Yup I do, can’t find anything what can mix it up.

So if i only use the ultimate, it normally has to show only 3rd level buttons?

Just tried this on Evo 1.0 and I can’t get the sub menu to start at a specific page/level.
Tried with UltimateParent, even if I hard code the id, the sub menu always shows all child pages/levels below the current page/level.
I’ll have to try it on 9.6.3 to see if it’s only an issue with Evo.
