I don’t think SimpleSearch will do what you want, at a minimum because it doesn’t handle searching TVs. Writing search forms is a tricky business because searches can be extremely customized in how they handle terms (e.g. search this column in the database, but not that one, and only this third one if bla bla bla). Google is so common, but it represents some fantastically complex and intelligent crunching to translate what you type into results. To emulate the example you referenced, you’d presumably need to search through multiple TVs to get the values you wanted... this relates a bit more to Taxonomies, so you might be a bit closer to what you need by checking out the various tagging snippets/TVs and then going from there.
Hmmmm, after Everett’s post I think I didn`t get whan legues meant (I just took a look on search field on the top of example site), but if it’s more about conditional query it`s easier than coding a search tool. If you want to make more like a hatching tool from proper table/tables (show me items that are ok with my conditions) than instead of searching, think more about query filtering.
I`m not sure if you will find plugin for that, but you can code one

Yes, that tagLister example is pretty close to what you need, i think.
Can i use value &includeTVs=`1` on Taglister snippet?
