[UltimateParent] in a config file

Hi All

I am working on a Multilingual Site where I would love to use UltimateParent in a config file. In my config file I call Ultimate Parent like this

but somehow I have problems with it. It works when I am on the Parent Document but as soon as I use a Child the Navigation disappears.
My navi Looks like this

root
DE
about us
Profile
Credo
ect

I would like that when I am on about all the childrens of about would be shown even when the user clicks on Profile.

Any Idea?

You cannot use snippet tags in code; you’ll need to use the $modx->runSnippet() function.

will add the call in the Wayfinder call and not in the config file.
