is will be possible to have this type of code in place as ul/li, because it is more useful with multilevel menus ...and more easy to style no ?

is it already exist ? if yes where ?
is not, how can i style sub categories ?

Yes, you just need to use custom template chunks. Some basic examples might be:

&outerTpl

&rowTpl

For multi-level menus, you’ll probably need to use more of the Wayfinder template chunks.

another idea; do you know examples with the jquery library for making menus ? because i’m not fan of mootools...and ie doesn’t too

Isn’t it better to use the <ul> and <li>’s? Thought that was better for SEO!

I don’t think UL/LI vs DD/DL would make any appreciable difference that couldn’t be better addressed by implementing a proper sitemap protocol map and content edits.
