How to call a PHP-script and pass parameters to it?

I want to convert the standard eForm snippet that the user can fill all fields and click the Send button ran the third-party PHP script located on the hosting and passed to this script the parameters of the fields.

Try using one of eForm’s event functions and include the external script. Use return true in your function to continue eForm processing, and return false to abort it.

Depends on the script. What do you mean by "parameters"? Any POST values from the eForm submission will be available to it as an include.
