If it does go away again, can someone suggest an appropriate place to post the PDF so that it doesn't get lost again? I don't have access to update the wiki, and github isn't the right place for this.

I must say, there are way too many broken links in this forum, the wiki, the rtfm doc, etc - it seems that's mostly because of major site changes over the last couple years - and that's "awkward" to find on a CMS site. I mean, I wouldn't want to lose all of my links if I rehost. It would be a cool exercise to generate a list of all of the 404's, lost sites and resources, and then correct the links in this forum and in the wiki which lead people off into nowhere. Sure, this is the way of the web, but why perpetuate chaos? But I digress...
