Unless of course he has several WF menus in his site with those "unique" classes, then an ID won’t do I doubt this is the case though. The "problem" with rowIdPrefix is you have to know the id of the docs to style your IDs in your CSS. On the other hand the "problem" with wf.iterator is that you have to know what menu item is at what level - kinda evens out the argument...

offtopic// read somewhere that jQuery will work faster with IDs as opposed to classes.

Thanks a lot, your suggestions worked. It’s exactly what I needed.

I used a &rowTpl= calling a chunk with the following code:

<li [+wf.id+] class="item[+wf.iterator+] [+wf.classnames+]">
<a href="[+wf.link+]" title="[+wf.title+]" [+wf.attributes+]>[+wf.linktext+]</a>
[+wf.wrapper+]
</li>

This outputs:
<ul>
<li class="item1 first active McOdd">
<a href="http://server1:191/" title="Home" >Home</a>
</li>
<li class="item2 McEven">
<a href="/index.php?id=2" title="News" >News</a>
</li>
etc.

Well no, the menu I’m using is just the main horizontal menu with only one level. I’ll post my experience when I use several levels.

Since protected pages can now be shown, in menus even if they’re not accessible, maybe a couple of new classes are in order:

is there a list of new parameters that can be used to archieve the above?

i tried to use PHx into my rowTpl of wayfinder:

but nothing is displayed. i have no idea why since hours.

navigationexclude - is a tv, values can be 0 or 1: display / don’t display


only the outerTpl is displayed:



some help would be nice.

oh! someting is working... every item outputs the else-sting. it seems like all items have navigationexclude=1

but if i only put [+navigationexclude+] into my rowTpl, i have displayed 0 and 1 - as it should be.
