New to Modx. Can Wayfinder do something like the attachment?

Sorry, i am new to the web development thing. can wayfinder do the navigation menu like the attachment??

Or pure CSS ?? or what is the best way to do that?

You can pretty much get Wayfinder to output whatever you need. By default it outputs an unordered list but can be altered as needed.
