your own modx revo?

Is it possible to compile your own version of modx? What I mean is that I making sites and for every new installation i have to install the same plug-ins, settings, tweaks and so on. Is there a faster or more intelligent way to do it?

I could be wrong here, but you could make a backup of your favorite installation on your local machine and then just migrate a copy of it (and its database) to whatever new server you have each time and go from there.

yes, I thought of that but I was hoping for a more "elegant" way:)

;-) I hear you. I run into the same issue, although my programming skills are not up to par to make such a compiler, I would be very interested if it ever came to fruition.

You can create your uw by making your own Build script:

nice project! Can you tell me what script you’ve used for the slider and gallery lightbox?

To be honest I’m looking for a start with pre-installed plugins and tweaks:-).
