I am a newbie to MODX
, for the last two weeks I have been enjoying the experience
but I am now puzzled and a little stuck, hopefully someone can advise...
The Wayfinder bar menu does not want to update. For example I have changed document titles/long title/alias of "Blog" to "My Blog" and "Contact us" to "Contact Me" but the wayfinder menu is not updated. This is something I noticed when moving my site from a local pc to my webhost. I cleared the MODX website cache, browswer cache, restarted the browser - but no change. I even set the home page to uncached and modified the code to use [! !]. If I use &debug=`1` then I can see the old menu title.
If I update the Wayfinder snippet with &textOfLinks=`1` then it works as expected but a breadcrumb link is still showing the old title and it is not clear to me if there is a way around this.
My webhost is running mysql 5.0.51a-community. I am aware from another thread that this has issues but is this related?
