activeParentRowTpl is not shown if level < 1 or 0

1 - rowTpl
--4
2 - rowTpl
--5
3 - hereTpl (only if level > 1)
--6 - I’m here

if level = 1
activeParentRowTpl = rowTpl
if level = 2
its work fine. activeParentRowTpl = hereTpl

BUT! i don’t need to show my inner docs. I need to show only first level. but if i use level=1, activeParentRowTpl will use rowTpl template.
Its a bug? Post this into jira?

Now i found little solution.
I made empty template only with [+wf.wrapper+] (emptyTpl)
then, I add &innerRowTpl=`emptyTpl` &innerHereTpl=`emptyTpl` to my wayfinder call and make level=`2`.
Now it works. But i think that it’s not best choice.
