parentRowHereTpl Help...

Hi,

Im using way finder and constructed a similar 3 tier drop down like that of the ultimate drop down.

What I would like is for "parentRowHereTpl" to only be applied to Tier 1 navigation items, when on the subpages of the Tier 1 section or the Tier 1 section page itself.

If I had these pages:

> Main Page (Level Zero - Tier 1)
> Subpage - Drop Down - Tier 2
> Sub- Subpage Drop Down - Tier 3


So I would like "parentRowHereTpl" to put the "Main Page" button in the "Here" state even though I’m on the Tier 2 and Tier 3 pages.

I looked in wayfinder.inc.php and found, but couldn’t configure correctly?



Has anyone tried to do this? Could anyone help me? Would be very appreciated, Thanks.

Bump. Anybody? Heres an example of what I’m looking to do http://apple.com > if you click on ipod + itunes > then click on a subpage in the ipod section > The ipod + itunes button is still in that clicked in state.

Anyone tried to do this before? Is there a way other than the above t occomplish this?

I wonder if you should be using &activeParentRowTpl instead of &parentRowHereTpl??

From Kyle’s dev site:

Description: The activeParentRowTpl template is used on the parent, grandparent, etc.. of the current item. The template is applied all the way up the document tree.

lol don’t think about that. You can see some of the silly questions I’ve asked before. All it is is trial and error. If one thing doesn’t work, try something different Glad I could be of assistance.
