using chunks or tvs in xml?

Hi Guys,

I need to populate xml values dynamically eg I need to populate [[*question1]] or [[$question1]] with its value. Is this possible?

Will need some more info for a good recommendation...

In general, chunks are reusable pieces of content or markup, where as TVs hold resource specific values.
