[solved] add conditional statement in menu

    I am not sure if this can be done, what I need to do is the following conditional statements on all container pages to make the subpages appear in the menu in IE6

    <div class="menu">
    <ul>

    <li><a href="index.html">Home</a></li>

    <li><a href="1.html">1<!--[if IE 7]><!--></a><!--<![endif]-->
    <!--[if lte IE 6]><table><tr><td><![endif]-->
    <ul>
    <li><a href="2.html">2</a></li>
    <li><a href="3html">3</a></li>
    <li><a href="4.html">4</a></li>
    <li><a href="5.html">5</a></li>
    </ul>
    <!--[if lte IE 6]></td></tr></table></a><![endif]-->
    </li>

    <li><a href="main-menu.html">main menu</a></li>
    </ul>

    I know just cant see a way of getting wayfinder to output those conditional statements as per above on all container pages.

    Can anyone please help

      I think that you could get this done with:

      outerTpl:

      innerTpl:

        OK this is certainly getting close the only issue whatever I do I cant get the innerTpl to output, everything else appears to be fine, here is what I have so far for the wayfinder menu

        [!Wayfinder?startId=`0` &outerTpl=`outerTpl` &innerTpl=`inner` &rowTpl=`rowTpl` &parentRowTpl=`parentRowTpl`!]


        I changed the &innerTpl chunkcall to inner in case it was a reserved name for something else. The other chunks appear to output fine.

        Here is the result so far

        It must be something I am overlooking but this is getting so close now and thanks so much for your time and expertise so far.

          You can look in default files in assets\snippets\wayfinder\configs
            DirectResize 0.9 beta. PHPThumb, sets of configurations, configuration, binded to specific path. No backward compatibility. | DirectResize 0.9. PHPThumb, наборы параметров, параметры, привязанные к определенным путям. Без обратной совместимости.

            Thats a very useful info that I did not know about, I just wish I could work out why the &innerTPL wont output, if it does then the problem is sorted, annoying to be so close but so far lol

              The problem is that there is no wrapper in the parentRowTpl (my mistake), the wrapper is what loads the sub menus of the parent. So we need to change the parentRowTpl to:
              <li[+wf.classes+]><a href="[+wf.link+]" title="[+wf.title+]">[+wf.linktext+]<!--[if IE 7]><!--></a><!--<![endif]-->
    [+wf.wrapper+]
</li>


              Yes, the config files are a great resource to have.

              PS - I fixed the code in the original post to reflect the error.
