Wayfinder flyout menu

I tried to add a flyout menu by adding the line:
[[Wayfinder? &startId=`0` &level=`2` &parentRowTpl=`cssplay_revParentRow` &cssTpl=`cssplay_revFlyOut`]]

This was copied from the examples in the wayfinder documentation.

However, it doesn’t fly out. What I can’t tell from the docs is whether I need to modify
other files? I see chunks used, but does that mean they were created to support this type
of menu, or they exist by default and are used when this menu is called?

I guess my question is what is needed other than putting in the wayfinder call to make the
different types of menus to work?

Why don’t you see for yourself if the chunks are there or not?

If you installed the demo pages with your modx-install (optional), some WF template-chunks are pre-installed, otherwise not.

Just create those chunks yourself; it’s only a matter of copy-and-paste: e.g. http://www.muddydogpaws.com/development/wayfinder/examples/example-4.html

So if I look at the chunks installed and I don’t see
cssplay_parentRow

I need to add the code for that chunk?

I looked and didn’t see the chunks,
so I added and it works -

Did you add the CSS files? Download / copy them from http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/ or the WF example page http://www.muddydogpaws.com/development/wayfinder/examples/example-4.html (or whichever menu you’ve chosen).

Hint: Install the web-developer extension for Firefox. Then you can see easily all CSS from whatever page you’re visiting via "view CSS".
