How do I use the configs?

I’m just getting started with ModX and wayfinder so this is a very basic question. I want to display my menus as in CSSplay Menu - Dropdown. I notice that there is a config file called cssplay-dropdown.config.php

I tried making a wayfinder call as:

[[Wayfinder?config=`cssplay_dropdown` &startId=`0`]]

but still got a standard vertical ul list. I tried

[[Wayfinder?config=`cssplay_dropdown` &startId=`0` &level=`3` &parentClass=`hide` parentRowTpl=`cssplay_parentRow` &outerTpl=`cssplay_outer` &innerTpl=`cssplay_inner` &rowTpl=`cssplay_row` &outerClass=`menu` &cssTpl=`cssplay_dropdown`]]

and still got boring ul.

So can you please what I need to do to use the wayfinder config? Do I need to manually create the snippets that are shown on the CSSplay Menu - Dropdown page?
