Displaying multi column list with Wayfinder

Hi,
I’d like to display a long list of items in a multi-columns fashion? Is there a way to specify how many columns one wants to display and how many rows?

I’ve done this with multiple Wayfinder calls into different HTML containers and formatted with CSS.

You might be able to use Ditto for this as long as you output one row at a time. Also there is a snippet that outputs tables... Tableau, I have never used it but it looks interesting: http://modxcms.com/Tableau-1568.html
